The Queensland Unions (QU) and the Queensland Women Rise Project (QWR) are committed to protecting your privacy and handling all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you take part in a Queensland Women Rise (QWR) survey, sign-up to an emailing list, or participate in any section of the project, your participation is completely voluntary and your responses are confidential. You can choose to remain anonymous. If you decide to provide your name or contact details, this information will only be used by the QU project team to follow up with you about your survey responses, or to invite you to participate in future stages of the project if you have indicated interest.
Your information will never be shared with your employer or any other third party without your explicit permission. We will not use your details for marketing or unrelated purposes.
Survey data is collected securely and stored on password-protected systems accessible only to authorised members of the QU and QWR project team. All data will be used solely for the purpose of improving workplace culture, flexibility, safety, and inclusion within Queensland industries.
We may share collated or de-identified findings in reports, presentations, or communications about the project. These reports will never identify individual participants or workplaces.
By completing a QWR survey, you are providing consent for your responses to be used in this way. You may withdraw your participation at any time.
